Talisker (10 Yr., Isle of Skye) – Spicy Smoke. Brilliant gold color. Peat-smoke with seawater saltiness and a touch of sweet spice. Long, peppery finish with an appetizing sweetness. A rich, dried-fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke and an intense surge of pepper at the back of the mouth.
