Scheduled Maintenance Notice - Saturday, 4pm to 6pm

Please be advised that we will be performing maintenance on this website on Saturday, June 20,  starting at 4:00 PM Central time.
The website may experience downtime and/or service interruption.  Please refrain from placing orders during this time.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our services.  This alert will go away once maintenance is complete.

Pick Up Procedure

To pick up product at IDR:

  • Go to the gate on the south side of the building.
  • Call the phone number for "Receiving" listed on the gate at the truck entrance to talk to someone in receiving. (A handset is available if you don't have a cell phone.)
  • Tell the receiver the name of the store and the order number (i.e. S120451) on the order. (This should be provided on the order confirmation you receive.)
  • When the gate is opened for you, drive to Dock 10 with a drive up ramp and wait for a warehouse person to help you.
  • You and the warehouse personnel will count the items and sign the invoice to verify you received your complete order.
  • You and warehouse personnel will load your order. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the load is stable and secure for transporting.
  • Drive back to the gate. It will automatically open as you drive closer to it.
