In accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act, passed in 1897, Cedar Ridge Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whiskey is from one season, made by one distiller and aged onsite in a federally bonded warehouse for a minimum of 4 years and then bottled by us at 100 proof.
